Hmm... I am trying to install FC4 but anaconda graphics broke!

I don't think that'll help. The X11 libs are broken in FC4 for Cirrus 
and other video cards, it has nothing to do with the configuration files.

You will need to install in text mode, then boot the machine into 
runlevel 3 and update the X11 packages. You should be fine after that.
