yet another "yum update" error on fresh FC4 install

  it's not like i need to drag this out any further but, once i
bypassed the aforementioned kernel packages error when yum updating a
new FC4 install, i ran into this bug (which i remember from before):

so, even though this is a KDE issue, who should technically be
responsible for ensuring that two different packages created for the
same release of FC don't generate conflicts?  i'm just curious.
