It's not really a KDE issue, it's a Redhat packaging issue I guess.  If
cruft you don't want (I assume you don't want Polish... no offense
intende do people who do need it!) is crapping up your package
dependencies the usual solution is to nuke it

rpm -e kde-i18n-Polish

and try again.
