Unable to run dovecot, rpc.rquotad captured port 995

Hi,
  I am unable to rune dovecot on my FC4 server because of the problem
with port 995 which is taken up by rpc.rquotad. How can I prevent this
rpc.rquotad from taking that port?

$netstat -talpen | grep ":995"
tcp        0      0 0.0.0.0:995                 0.0.0.0:*             
     LISTEN      0          5105       2087/rpc.rquotad
