Accidently deleted username in home directory, recovery troublesome

Dear Sir,
I have accidently deleted my username situated within my home
directory. /home/kvan168 is gone.
Currently I am receiving the following error message after numerous
attempts to rectify the situation.

- Enable TCP/IP Networking for ORBit
- Have stale NFS Locks
- due to system crash
