No, livna not only doesn't conflict with core/extras, it requires that
you have them enabled to satisfy some of it's dependencies.  This
particular rpm might not have other dependencies, in which case you
could just install it yourself.  However, if you enable livna, then
run 'yum install ...' interactively, it will show you what it wants
to install and wait for confirmation before doing it.
