Configuring xorg on FC4

Try using ctrl-alt-F2 to get a black console screen and log in.
Look at /var/log/messages and you might see what xorg is
complaining about.  If there are messages that look relevant, but
are unitelligable, post them and see if anyone else knows.  Also,
while you are in the /var/log directory, run ls -lrt which will show
which logs were most recently updated.  A tail on these may also
prove helpful.

On my system, ctrl-alt-f7 gets me back to my X session.
