Clamav Configuration in FC4

This is the command I use to configure clam:
./configure --enable-milter --prefix=/usr --exec-prefix=/usr
--sysconfdir=/etc --with-dbdir=/var/lib/clamav --disable-zlib-vcheck
When you attempt to run clamd directly, what happens?
