Try to boot again with the FC5 DVD and use the linux rescue to install the
grub again.
The steps will be like:
- prompt "linux rescue"
- select language
- select keyboard layout
- wait when is looking for installed components
- select DVD as media of recoverage
- chroot /mnt/sysimage
- grub-install /dev/hdX (where X is the disk that you're using for the /)
Maybe with that will do it.
Greetz!
PS: Did you install anything? (like hasefroch) after the installation of
your linux box? or did something special with the MBR?
