use gnuplot.
lets say your data is saved in myfile.dat
in gnuplot type
plot 'myfile.dat' using 1:2, 'myfile.dat' using 1:3
where 1:2 mean plot column 2 vs column 1 etc, you can do "help plot" on
the gnuplot command to learn about other options as well.
