Help - Can't get FC5 to boot on new installation

I got a new computer and installed FC5 on the second SATA disk drive.
The install went fine. I told it to install grub on the first disk,
sda, MBR. It said that it installed it but it doesn't start. It
just starts the WinXP on the first drive. Below is the grub.conf
file. Any ideas why grub doesn't work? How do I install it after
the fact?

Thanks,

knute...
