FC5 : Failed to allocate memory resource

I just installed FC5 on my brandnew PC, It prompts the following message
when booting up:

 

Uncompressing liux kernel  OK

PCI: Failed to allocate memory resource #6 : 20000:50000000 for 0:01:00.0

 

I did a lspci after bootup:

Is this mean the "01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation NV43
[GeForce 6600] (rev a2)" is bad?
