FC5 PPC: radeon X problems

 Only the fbdev driver works with the stock Radeon 9600 of the Powermac G5, so I am stuck at 60Hz. Is working on getting X to work with the radeon driver in Fedora PPC? How can I help? The radeon driver works with ubuntu ppc on the same hardware. Thanks,
