Really?  Which version of FC was that?  I've used FC2 and 4 regularly
(and RHL versions 5.1 thru 7.3 before that) and never noticed this.

Note that I've never run SElinux in enforcing mode.  Is that something
you've done when you have problems running things from /sbin?
