Livna ndiswrapper and 16K stack kernels

This usually means that the module was compiled for a different kernel version
or (as may be the case here) a different kernel configuration. The last few
lines of `dmesg` should complain about version magic ("VERMAGIC") errors most
likely. If this is the case, you will have to rebuild the kernel module for the
Linuxant 16K-stack kernel.
