Cups printer config.

I tried lpoptions but no change.My ~.lpoptions entry:

age-top=20 -o page-bottom=42 -o media=A4,MultiPurpose -o wrap=true -o
scaling=100

I just noticed that 'MultiPurpose' is rewritten after I deleted it and
cups-config-deamon is 'off'.where does cups localhost.631 keep its
config file,there must be one some where,I don't think its in /etc/cups/*
