Hi,
I am a newbie with somebasic unix knowledge. I installed FC4 a week back and I found funny entries in /etc/sysconfig/iptables file.
 It goes like this -
 -A RH-Firewall-1-INPUT -p udp --dport 5353 -d 224.0.0.251 -j ACCEPT
 -A RH-Firewall-1-INPUT -p udp -m udp --dport 631 -j ACCEPT
What is the IP adrress doing and why has it been enabled at install time ?
I downloaded FC4 iso files from redhat and suspect the images to be hacked into, though running sha1sum on disk 1 passed.
Actually I installed FC4 with internet disconnected to find out whether it was a post install hack or a installation disk problem.
 Any clues ...
 Thanks for the help
 yukku
