Syncing Directories

Greetings ,

Well i have two Fedora Core Installations, one is Fedora Core 1 and the
second is
Fedora Core 4 . Which is the easiest way to sync two directories full of
tarballs
( *.tar.gz or even *.tar.bz2 ) . Is there a utility that will do it
automatically or i would
have to write a script myself ( not the best thing to do since i don't
know how to do it
at the momment ) .
