FC5 Apache - mod_access.so missing

My copy of FC5's /etc/htttpd/conf/httpd.conf has:

#grep -i mod_authz_host httpd.conf
 LoadModule authz_host_module modules/mod_authz_host.so

#grep -i mod_access httpd.conf
#

#find / -iname mod_authz_host.so -ls
 /usr/lib/httpd/modules/mod_authz_host.so

Which version are seeing?  Mine is:

#rpm -q httpd
 httpd-2.2.0-5.1.2
