TCP Wrappers

My /etc/hosts.allow looks some-what like this:

vsftpd : 172.16.1.2 : ALLOW
ALL : ALL : DENY
ALL : DENY

Which removes the need for a /etc/hosts.deny.
It's a better way to block all services not explicitly defined.
