init: Trying to re-exec init

I have a FC5 system with nightly yum updates disabled and around 4:00am I
found
this log entry in /var/log/messages:

init: Trying to re-exec init

is this something I should worry about? There were no library updates,
nothing that
can indicate why this happened.
