Is wireless support any better with FC5?

Not sure about 2200, but with 2100 I tried getting WPA working with 
wpa_supplicant and NetworkManager. In the end I failed, I think because 
the current kernels come with 2100 v1.1.3 and I need the v1.2.x series ?
