logwatch output html problem

I preferred the html output of logwatch in my nightly e-mailed report, but in 
recent versions, this appears to be broken. Running logwatch from the CLI 
gives the following output:

# logwatch --output html
Can not open HTML Header at /usr/share/logwatch/default.conf/html/header.html: 
No such file or directory

According to the "Changes" doc in /usr/share/doc/logwatch-7.2.1/CHANGES
"Version 7.2 -> 7.2.1 [stable]:
  [Jan 18, 2006]
- Fixed missing HTML files in RPM"

Has anyone figured out how to get this working?
