Burning FC5 Image on DVD

I have a sony dru-800a, and I've used cheap officemax dvd-r media
successfully. The key is to burn'em *slowly*. The following has worked
for me:

growisofs -speed=1 -dvd-compat -Z /dev/dvdwriter=FC-5-i386-DVD.iso
