installation of EL4 on AMD K6-2

hi,
  i tried many times to install RHEL4 on my system AMD K6-2 CPU=475 and RAM=128
  when i boot from CD 1... it prompt for installation, when i press enter  system reboot what is the problem i cant under stand.. if any body  knows the problem Please let me know thanks.
