Fedora Core 5 on vmware?

Ok, Stan did not handle the posting of a message with the alacrity of
the seasoned veteran. How about an answer along with the
less-than-gentle instruction.

I too had problems and did search Google and VMare and Red-Hat and this
list. I did not find a solution and I am usually pretty successful in
that regard. I just decided to roll back to my snapshot and try again
later.

Selfishly, I am hoping Stan gets an answer or a pointer to an answer. I
may try my upgrade again.
