fc5 how to move mouse pointer from one desktop to next

New to fc5;  have been on rh8 for years with kde.
under rh8 kde allowed mouse pointer to move across the boundaries of the 
current desktop
both left-right  and top-bottom, to the adjacent desktop.  Dragging windows 
from one desktop to
an adjacent one also worked seamlessly.

Now in fc5 i cant seem to find any admin command that can do this;
Is this option no longer available in fc5?
