Open the DESTINATION file in vi and move the cursor to the line where
you desire the source file to be inserted.
:r /path/to/file/name.txt <cr>
Will "read" in that file to the current file.

Hi ALL
How do i select the entire contents of the file using vi to copy and
then paste it to the other file
For example
vi copy --- > select the entire contents on one machine
vi paste ---> paste it on the second machine
Thanks
Kaushal
