OpenOffice maths editor questions

Hi,

I'm finalising my MPhil using OOo and have hit a couple of small
problems which I'd appreciate any help people can spare me.

     1. Is there a way to change the math font so that it matches the
        base font automatically (I use Arial)
     2. Is there a list anywhere of common maths symbols which are
        understood by OOo? By this I mean sum, int and other such words
     3. Is there a way I can add symbols to the special symbols? I know
        I have a therefore sign in Standard Symbol, but need to access
        it via the add symbols function (so I can use therefore in the
        maths editor or outside of the maths editor)
