Chinese input on English locale

# yum list installed iiimf-*
Loading "installonlyn" plugin
# rpm -qa | grep iiimf
No printout

It seems they haven't been installed.  I'm running Scim.  Does it
matter?

Which file shall I edit instead of exporting it each time before
