FC4 install rebooting at night for no reason

Not every night, but when it is rebooting, it is doing it early in the morning.
I actually found two reboots this morning, one at 3:53 and one at 7:16

I just thought of that too, need to check.
I guess this is it - both machines on that UPS have reboots at the same time and the UPS has the red light on to replace battery.
