bugzilla escalation process (is there one) ?

I guess that option is available to me..... (if I knew where "upstream" 
was) :-)

But, hmmm, that raises an interesting question....

I opened a different bug against the ftp client (ref 
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=196103 ) relating 
to the use of ntrans in ~/.netrc. I supplied diff files, and the 
correction has been released the other day via yum update for FC5.

I don't belelive the fix is FC-specific... will it get passed upstream 
"automatically", or do I need to follow up so it works correctly on 
other platforms too?
