Qmail Broadcast

can any one help me , i try send email to the whole clients on my mail server ,my server is fedora core 3 with EXT3 file system with qmail package,I use vpopbull to make hard link to one file in all Mailboxes of clients , but it is give this message :link: Too many links , and send message for only 32000 subscriber,any tips available?
