I have been trying to get core 5 to upgrade an old core 1 installation. I have tried this on two computers. Both p4s and both have xp and core 1 on them. They both appear to install correctly, but on the reboot at the end they both say the mouse didn't install correctly, but the routine to install the mouse won't work???? Bill Decker
