Authentication with SMART_HOST in sendmail?

Ah yes - I for forgot about that.  I fo have a static IP address (from
Demon), and I did get them to add me to the AOL whitelist many moons
ago.  I still have to communicate with some AOLers, I haven't persuaded
them to change yet :-)

I am not aware of being blocked by anyone else.
