This is exactly how I did the printer setup I was asking about a 
couple weeks ago and it works very nicely.  There are no Windows XP 
drivers for my HP LaserJet 5L printer.  My only choice was to do a 
generic PostScript printer on Windows with software that can be found 
at the link in the other posts I started about this.
