I agree with not wanting to upgrade to FC5.  I'm in the same boat with
you there.

I figured that building fwcutter locally would be the solution.  Isn't
open source great, to give one that option.

In the meantime, I rebooted my laptop overnight and wala ndiswrapper is
running.  I believe it would be version 1.14, but I haven't checked yet.
So I guess this problem is solved for now.  I'll revisit bcm43xx when I
upgrade to FC6.

Thanks for answering my email last night.  You saved me a lot of mucking
around.
