Yes, I have.  That has it's own annoyances.  File managers, they ain't.
File browsers, they just about do a job.  I dearly wish GPSoft would
make a Linux version of DOPus5, but there wouldn't be anything to pay
for the effort needed.

It will, so long as it can load the needed KDE libraries.

Been there, done that.  I've never been thrilled with KDE.  It seems to
put masses of effort into being tarty, but not actually very good.
Gnome seems to put little effort into either.
