On a development system here:

# yum whatprovides qlistview.h

...

qt-devel.x86_64                          1:3.3.6-13             
core           
Matched from:
/usr/lib64/qt-3.3/include/qlistview.h


Ok then:

You need to:

# yum install qt-devel
