Problems with installing qpxtool on FC6

I had to add /usr/lib/qt-3.3/include to CPPPATH and
/usr/lib/qt-3.3/lib to LIBPATH in the SConstruct file.

Maybe it is also necessary to define QT_DIR, I can't
remember.
