how to force mozilla to run kmail for mailto links

There's no "add" in mine, but right-clicking in the list below allows me
to create "new" entries.

I see no options for removal.

Test running FC6 & FC5, and still using FC4.
I delete all private mail, unseen.  I read from the list.
