How much swap on laptop?

Are you going to be using software suspend? (hibernate) If so, you
need enough swap to save the system image, plus normal usage. If you
are not going to use hibernate, then it depends on what you are
using the system for. You may not need any swap, or you may find you
need 1GB of swap.
