Bsnl Broadband connection in fc5

dear all friends
i have a bsnl broadband connection around 1.0 Mbps
i want to connect it in fc5 and creating proxy server
i want to distyribute it amoung other user


so can any one guide me how can i connect tyo bsnl broad band

i try using adsl-setup
it estabilish the connection but i am not able to get enough speed as on
window


so can any one help me
