Recover an file/folder on a samba fedora server

Hello guys,

Idon't know what happen, but since 3-4 days i loose some folder on my
Fedora sever.
It's an FC4 with a samba server where 12 people connect on it.

It's there any way where i can have a backup of a folder deleted. I
don't know itf it's a virus or some guys who want to screw up my
work....

Normaly Rsync, can do this but the file must be here when the backup
is done which mean at night...
