Getting the color of a web-page

I've seen it work, it's called color-picker or something like that. I
just haven't noticed it in FC6. Just looked again, in KDE there is Kolor
Chooser. Just tried it! Click in the eye-dropper icon, then click on the
color and the value for it is returned.
