Will it cause Java problem in FC4

This message probably means that because the jre-1.4.2-gcj is the open
source implementation of Java that is included by default with your
Fedora Core installation it is "best" (in the sense that it is free and
open source and not proprietary or otherwise encumbered). However many
people, including myself, need the proprietary Sun Java to do what we
need to do with Java.
