If one is using Apache as their HTTPD server, the Apache manual gives
the information. It's quite well documented.
Look for the "Listen" directive in the Apache configuration file
"/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf", set it to listen to "127.0.0.1" on port
80, and restart the server.
i.e. Listen 127.0.0.1:80
