Those disclaimers are in the eula, right?  When was the last time a 
click through eula that prevented one from breaking the seal, and which 
required the seal to be broken to see, was held up in court?

I submit it wasn't unless the judge was a golfing buddy for someone at 
M$.

People having trouble with vz bouncing email to me should add the word
'online' between the 'verizon', and the dot which bypasses vz's
stupid bounce rules.  I do use spamassassin too. :-)
