rpm cannot be installed

# locate checkinstallrc
/usr/lib/checkinstall/checkinstallrc~
/usr/lib/checkinstall/checkinstallrc
/usr/lib/checkinstall/checkinstallrc-dist
/usr/local/lib/checkinstall/checkinstallrc~
/usr/local/lib/checkinstall/checkinstallrc
