cups sucks me

I made one mistake in my earlier response . I spoke only about the
cupsd.conf files on the clients. The cupsd.conf file on the server has
an additions line which may or not be required. This line is as
follows:
Listen <server address>
Otherwise the only othe Listen line is:
Listen 127.0.0.1:631
